The use of the hollow leading puncture needle permits us to make discografy in case of any doubt about the level of discal pathology. It also let us make pain evocative test (inyecting 0,5 - 1 cc of fisiologic solution, which will increase the intradisc pressure, and the patien will tell us about the increasement of pain clinic sympthom) .The positive result of this test is a very good pronostic index.
