We begin with a anterior lateral neck projection. Little skin incision of 2 mm, placing on it the leading needle point, and above and underneath it, the forefinger and middle finger of the left hand, whose mission will be to direct the needle point, separating SCM muscle, blood vessels, and also to displace trachea and esophagus medially. At this time, recognision and identification of the ventral side of the vertebral bodies and paravertebral muscles at both sides is made by palpation.
