Persistence of discrete and ocassional pain.
Complete disapearance of brachialgia.
Ocasional ingest of analgesic required.
Return to job before 6 weeks.
REASONABLE
Improvement of 50% of symptoms. Insatisfaction
Medication needed for 3 months post ACPN.
Conventional surgey proposed, but patiens rejected it. ( Underlying Social and Labour
conflicts).
BAD
There is not any improvement, even worsening.
